Cellars and parking spaces are free when they belong to the owner of a home in the building. Fees are indexed once a year to the consumer price index (STATEC). Reply guaranteed within 48 working hours, written into the contract. The Volunteer+ plan is for buildings of up to 9 homes whose syndic is a co-owner.
